Thank you for allowing Dallas Mortgage Planners to help guide you through the home financing experience.  Now that we have received your information, our team will begin to evaluate your home loan options and will reach out to you to schedule a consultation.

If you have not already done so, now would be a great time to get your financing documentation in order.  The following list of items would be a great place to start:

• Last 2 years of tax returns with all schedules (K-1s, Corporate/Partnership returns…)
• Last 2 years of W-2s
• Most recent pay stubs (covering 30 days)
• Last 2 months of asset account statements.  All pages required (checking/savings, stocks, mutual funds…)
• Most recent retirement account statement
