Creating Your Mortgage Strategy

Once we have a better understanding of your goals, we will prepare your custom tailored mortgage solution and provide a detailed home loan report and comparison so you can decide which option is the best fit.  With so many loan options available, this analysis will help empower you with the knowledge and understanding of your best mortgage solution.

Pre-Approval

An integral part of the loan process is your pre-approval, at which point we will fully review your loan package, achieving approval through an automated underwriting engine and performing a detailed review of the application, income and asset documentation.  This step will prepare and equip you to submit a pre-approval letter along with your offer when purchasing.  Equally as important, we will contact the listing agent to let them know the basis of the pre-approval having receivied your documentation in writing, re-iterating how well-qualified you are as a buyer and greatly increasing the chances of your offer being accepted.

Securing the Mortgage

Through our dedicated team of in-house processing, dedicated underwriting and loan funding, your mortgage financing will be secured quickly and efficiently.  Our commitment during this part of the process is to coordinate with all parties involved, Realtors, builder, title company, insurance, etc.  Proactive communication every step of the way is our promise, mitigating stress and keeping you and your closing as the focal point.
